A. It depends on what is wrong with your device. Most repairs are completed in the same day.

Q. How much will it cost to fix my device?

A. Again, it depends on what is wrong with it. We provide free quotes and can give you a more accurate answer when you bring your device in for us to take a look at.

Q. How much will you pay me for my device?

A. How much we pay for a device depends on the condition that it’s in. Bring your device in and we’ll take a look at it. If we can purchase it from you, we will let you know how much we can pay and, if you accept, then we will write you a check on the spot.

Q. All other questions

A. Many questions can be answered on the phone but some will need your device to be brought in for diagnostic testing, or to see the condition your device is in.
